People really do seem to get emotionally involved with the brands providing their favorite products and services. It's nothing new to hear about logos being tattooed in curious places and just last week a fan of the Seattle Seahawks had the football team logo engraved on his prosthetic eye. While Instagram users are more restrained in their display of affection for the Facebook-owned photo service, they have recently been using it to share variations of the firm's logo. Such efforts are often the result of a marketing initiative but Instagram insists that this outpouring is spontaneous.
