Infographic: Science and Logos, Together Again

We've seen these before, infographics purporting to tell us exactly how things are in the domain of logos, thanks to the insights of science. This latest effort would have us believe that our perception and subsequent reaction to sensory input is easily quantified, when it comes to logos. But we remain unconvinced. The human brain, for the moment at least, is elusive when it comes to its response to graphical imagery such as logos. Which keeps the design process firmly in the hands of creatives, with scientists relegated to a minor role at the sidelines. Which is as it should be.
