Sorry if this was discussed before. The reason I'm writing this whole rant is to see if anyone else had similar experiences.
After uploading my latest logo I've received this message: "I noticed that the PNG file of your recent logo was incorrect. Please center the logo on the page. Resize the logo to make sure the design fits within the margins and fills out the page as much as possible. Please read the exact steps of saving the logo image files in the rules. Thanks"
This is the second time I've received such warning, but I honestly don't understand what did I do wrong. I always use the template and make sure to follow the given rules regarding both the EPS and PNG files. Now, the latest logo I've uploaded does have a slightly unusual layout - the icon is not directly over the text, but more to the side - but nonetheless, the logo and text together fit within the margins and are as centered as can be. I've used the align tool to make sure the design is centered on the page. The PNG file is directly exported, so the image is equally centered.
I'm not sure what to do exactly. The logo is already centered and fits the margins, so how can I ''correct'' that?
