It works in all post soviet countries with options to send, receive, upload and withdraw to local debit/credit card (VISA only) or bank account. The only option that is not available for countries like Russia and Ukraine is moneybookers mastercard.

You need a bank account with a iban number and bic/swift number. Stocklogos could use there merchant services also.

Works for me, I opened an account there and had a look at the system, it's pretty straightforward, as usable as Paypal, and they support almost any imaginable country (from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe) as long as the user has a bank account. The user can also attach a credit/debit card to the account, and they support basically every card system available on the planet (even Diners!).

Check your PayPal account, some countries including (BiH and Croatia as far as I know) are added to "recieving payment list".
i found a way. NLB bank from slovenia got branch overhere. So i can use bank account from slovenia to open paypall acc :))
I love PayPal and I'm not complaining, just curious as to why it takes so long for the payments to process through this site from PayPal. I use my PP acct everyday with most of my business clients and wholesalers for sending and receiving payments and it is nearly instantaneous...but here it can take weeks to process. Why is that?.....As I said I'm not whining about this, just curious.

Several reasons. Clients can change their minds for over 4 weeks theoretically according to PayPal rules. Also, there is credit card fraud, so PayPal can take the funds back for up to 6 weeks or so. Etc. We could send the funds immediately and we almost never wait as long as we are supposed to according to PayPal rules. We're working on something to make it much faster.

I got some tips how everyone can use paypall...
Just find a resident bank from some country that is @ paypall white list. For e.g. im Macedonian with no paypall option, but ive opened a bank acc. to a NLB group - a Slovenian bank group. Put real address and for country ive set Slovenia. Just link ure cc and u are done.
This way u can use money transfers up to 3000 $ per year, once ull reach 3000$ paypall asks u to verify ure addres so be wise :).

No one doubts that PayPal is fast and efficient, the problem is that Stocklogos need to find an alternative payment system do deliver money to users from countries where Paypal is unavailable (Russia and other ex-USSR countries, Pakistan, most of Arab countries, etc...).
I am from Serbia and PayPal is unavailable here also, but we do have http://www.westernunion.com/ option, and moneybookers, so any of those two could be sufficient to cover folks that don't have PP option.My vote goes to Western Union, because MB is still flimsy on the money transfer, but WU is a established bank enterprise.
I wont post to sell any logos until i can get a reliable payout outlet, or we finally get PP even here.:)

Hi neighbor, I had the same issue for months, but finally they approved pay pal transfers for BiH. I don't know would it be of any help, but few posts up Balearic described a way to use pay pal in any country. I didn't try it, but maybe it works!

I know about that, but again, if we act normally maybe normal things will start happening to us, because it is kinda violating PP terms of service. So ill wait or try with checks, or Western Union.We'll see.
The only payment method that I know is paypal.. but yesterday I discovered that someone hacked my account - bad luck for him ;) - just be carefull with your accounts - always make a withdraw. never keep your money to credit cards (even if they are prepaid)!!!

It didn't resolved (yet- it will!!!) ... but what's pis*****s me off is that if someone somehow gets into your Paypal account then he can change the primary address without permission given from the previous (original one) email address. I just got a notification that my primary address changed along with my password - and there is link for reporting this if it's not something that I did.. BUT how can I report it when the email address and the pass are changed????!!!!!!!! (not to mention that in order to report this I have to be logged in!!!!WTF???) THAT'S REAL PAIN IN THE **S
I recently received a "fake paypal" e-mail, I reported it to spoof@paypal.com. You can try to report your problem to this e-mail, they will probably redirect it to the right category.
I know all these stuff.. don't worry. another thing is that paypal doesn't have emergency call support (24hour).

PayPal works for me. With my clients I try to encourage email transfer, but that, of course, is very limiting, as both sender and receiver need to be dealing with one of the 'Big Five'.
Is it possible for you Admin to send notifications (automated maybe) before each payment? That would help us to withdraw quickly the money and avoid any unpleasant situations (like hacking)!!
No need, you get an automatic e-mail from Paypal the second when you receive money.

I don't know whether is called wire transfer, but I use Commission Junction and they have my account information for the direct deposit. I'm also responsible for reporting my earnings at the end of the year.

MoneyBookers, PayPal and Western Union or cheque is great payment methods.... a lot of sites and company have this 3-4 payments methods... because some countries not support PayPal but MB is supported (Serbia,Montenegro,FYR of Macedonia,etc....)

Moneybookers is very good option for Serbia, too bad they rejected you. Wire transfer is something that works also and major contest agencies use it. You may have to consider deducting fees from designers, otherwise it will cost you significant sum of money. From my personal experience best way is to have some sort of wallet on the site, so people would decide to withdraw their money when they collect certain sum. This way fees are not that high. I currently use this on most agencies and they deduct $10 for moneybookers transfer and $25 for bank transfer. Bank transfer is the fastest way , money is on the account very next day, and it is cheaper than Western union or Moneygram.
We will attempt again next year.
Moneygram is good option for country without PayPal. It is easy, not expensive and 7-12 maximum is waiting.
Just have to go with your ID to to the nearest bank.
Here is how it works:
Step 1
Ask the person who is sending you money to give you your reference number – this will help speed up your collection.
Step 2
Visit a MoneyGram agent (locate one using Find Us), taking some identification* and your reference number with you.
Step 3
Complete our simple ‘receive’ form and show your identification – you will then be given your money, usually in your local currency.
Think I'd rather stick with Paypal looking at those fees.

i think SL need to improve their payements with paypal for now.....because there are lot of problems and then is possible to speak of other payement options......

What problems shall we improve on? The timing? That's something beyond our control. It depends on the credit card companies and their policies. Whatever we do that part will remain because people will always use credit cards.

We normally pay within 7 days too, but on special occasions we don't. It's when the purchase is flagged or some other reason. The way we and everybody else do it is we take a risk.
Maybe a good idea would be to offer wire transfer on sales that would result in paypal fees being higher then the price of a wire transfer... If that's possible I don't know what PayPal charge but I'm assuming its percent based.

in my country, through paypal, if you collect in my card, the bank converted USD into EUR at the exchange rate VISA + 2%, then all the euro in national currency exchange rate VISA + 2% and I lose about 10%.
