Arip, maybe the problem came about when, on that particular logo comments section, you asked the client to contact you using Yahoo Messenger. Not everybody uses Yahoo Messenger. Most probably the client tried to contact you using the email address you provided at registration.

I've sold 1 logo too but can't see anywhere the report for it. How is the payment done? I thought there would be some page in the account area where you can see your account balance and you have the choice there to transfer the money to your PayPal account.

To add your payment info: go to "My account", then under "Edit" click on "Personal Information". You will find the "Payment Method" combo-box and the PayPal email address field.
By the way, on the "Manage" section of your account, you can see a nice table with logo status and your share.

This is all by definition called "inconsistency".

It's over two weeks since my logo has been sold. No reply to my questions about why no payment (in email or through that Contact link). And i don't see this 5 week delay mentioned anywhere on the site :/
Under "Payment", on the "Sell Logo" page, it says: "The first store logo payment usually takes up to 5 weeks after logo purchase date. After the first one all logos are payed within 7 days of logo purchase."
It's mentioned on the sell logo page and on the manage page as well. Sorry for the delay.

Since the change of shares for new users, my store logos in the manage area are all with 55% share.
Is this a bug or i still need to sell two store logos for up my share?!
I have more than two logos sold (if contest logos count for it), even before the share change.
I never sold a store logo again (after the change) and i think this was some kind of bug and all users have their shares (in the manage area) with 55% , but now i was reading other users comments and i am seeing they have the 75% share...

No problem, but as you probably read earlier each payment is different. Sometimes money is held back by PayPal for various reasons.
