Just wondering about something. This was something I mentioned on the other thread, but it might get overlooked.
The new contest is ace, and obviously a lot of though has gone into providing the requests that we designers initially made. On one contest though, the Cahoot one clearly states it's a blind and private brief. Fantastic I hear you shout! Except, I can see the submissions on the main contest page! Linking to the submitting logo is disabled, but I can still see the designs. Is this a bug in the new site, or am I missing something?

I was just about to put a post about this myself! Not exactly blind! I welcome them though and looks like I will be submitting to them!

I like the new framework for briefs.
A question regarding the open/public ones: will we able to see the ratings the buyers'll give to designs ? Have to say I'm not a big fan of that approach, I think *blind ratings* approach would be better. Rating is an instrument for buyers (e.g.: classification) not for designers.
Moreover the brief "IES PVT" hasn't *released ratings* at the moment: is it a bug or client hasnt released any feedbacks yet ?
i suggested the rating idea before , some accepted some rejected it..

about the contests logos ... how will we know if this style this colors this is what the client want ..
in other words, how we get the feedback?
And how upload the logo in the contests? In general, nothing is clear, everything shifted, nothing works.

Please don't generalize. "Nothing is clear" and "Nothing works" are massive overstatements and they are not helpful.
Even though there is still much work to do, the new revamp is well done and getting better every day. Several users are testing every aspect of the website, reporting bugs and suggesting improvements... You are welcome to explain exactly what you think could be improved, it's our website after all.
By thew way, on another thread you were confuse about the title "Upload" on the left being a broken link and I'm sorry to say, you are probably the only one who finds that unclear and/or confusing.

ok, I've gone totally blind on the contest. Received feedback on a blind contest but cannot see it since its blind. The designer should be allowed to see their own logo and feedback on it. none of the links on the e-mail lead me to the feedback. thanks.
I'm holding back on my two other entries for the contest as I'm unable to judge the right direction. Please allow the participants to see the feedback for their individual entries.

I welcome everyone to submit to the Cahootz contest :-) I added some updates on the contest brief, it is definately heading in a good direction but I am finding that as I see them as app icons its hard to tell what the app is about.
Thanks for the current submissions, keep them coming. And Admin do I get a 6hr discount for submissions not being blind!?! ;-)
