I really think that contest should be closed to new users. I feel bad for contest holder like Brand Fanatics who've so much clipart entries. It's too much.
We also have no ideas of the integrity of their work -- vector, etc.
Perhaps new users should upload and get approved a certain # of logos to the store before they are able to enter contests?

This appears to be one of those rare cases where a stock vector designer is recycling his designs as logos (or vice versa). The main problem is that there is no way to know how many downloads were made on that particular website. I doubt it is the same person in all four accounts, unless the SL account is one of those "group accounts" we've seen in the past. Take a look at their respective portfolios:

Plus, even if it is the same person on all four accounts, there is no way to know how many times these designs have been downloaded on 123rf and depositphotos. The butterfily, for example, has been viewed 118 times in 7 months, was there any download? We can't know for sure. So, pulling the designs from those websites is not a solution. SL can not guarantee complete exclusivity in these cases.

I have a couple awesome illustrations that were on iStock for a short while. Two of them sold once.... you know how much it HURTS to not be able to sell that one as an exclusive logo anymore? But somewhere out there, some unknown client has the vectors... bummer.
I will probably end up using them on some shirts or non-exclusive esign tasks somewhere down the road.

Well, the only similarity is the concept, but it's a sea shell for a natural product. I think it's quite possible it's co-evolution.
FakeFinder, for your information: Submitting to two websites is not against the rules (it is risky, but tolerated). The only thing is that the designer must make sure, after a logo sale, to take down all other instances of said logo. So the risk is if the designer is not fast enough a second sale could potentially be made.

Yeah -- I think the logo is a simple enough concept that it could be a coincidence on the stock example and that the logo on the other site is stolen from here. This designer has not caused probs before that I can think of.
Water drop, leaf zen - all over done and the chance this being done before is big. The only difference between the stock and the logo here is graphics of the leaf and the drop themeself. But the concept is not original. It took me half a minute to find similar stock. Nothing against the designer.

It is okay only if the designer owns the copyright to the image, which I really doubt in this particular case. Anyway, this is an existing identifiable product: Porsche Cayman. So, this logo violates two of the rules:
"4. Do not include an existing identifiable product, imitate the design or style of an existing product or packaging"

I'm not sure about this one. It's obviously a known symbol, but perhaps here the value is in the proportions and the way the gradients are constructed.
