I have been trying to upload logos since last night, and there have been two errors:
1. The mandatory png file will not upload when I click the "upload" option.All other files will appear with the little file icon next to them to show me they have indeed uploaded, but the mandatory png will not. (I have now tried this on Chrome, FireFox, and even the dreaded IE)
2. When I hit "Preview" or "Save" it either leads me to a blank page,or gives me an error message.
I consider myself to be pretty technical savvy so I am not sure what else to try...
Any help would be fantastic :)
OH, and yes the file size is correct and I have used the templates provided :)

1. Check the file size, should be 2000x2000px.
2. This one is puzzling.
Perhaps send me the files to contact@stocklogos.com so I can check. Maybe there is an easy solution here.

It wasn't according to your email. It was too big. Use 2000x2000px. Thanks
Make sure that you are exporting at screen resolution rather than med or high. :)
