Ivan, maybe this is related to the bug reported here. This logo is not in the right position on the sold logos pages. It is on the last page (currently page 85). In fact, the order of the last few logos changes sporadically after refreshing (hard to replicate).

Why do yu encourage selling clipart? In the previous locked topic you say "generic shapes" are allowed. When did you change your mind? What abut the "heart - generic and unique" topic? Back then you said generic heart shape won't be accepted but the pierced one carrying idea will be. If i take nike logo adn triple it will it be accepted for sale here at StockLogos? Because that's what i see here - clipart shape tripled and you say OK.
You can repeat 3 triangles or any basic shape to create a unique design. You can't repeat an existing logo or a clipart like the nike swoosh to create a unique logo as it still be infringement. Hope this is clear.

Ivan, maybe this will help: this logo is affected by the previously reported bug; it is in the last page of the "sold logos" section (currently page 86), even though it was created in 04/27/2012 and sold almost immediately.

In that page you will also find a paragraph stating that "You're not allowed to promote your website, email address or other contact information anywhere on the site [...]" So, you should delete your personal email on the comments of your sold logo (http://stocklogos.com/logo/pixlhawk).

I've been arguing this case for a while, you're expected to send files and do alterations within 24hrs of a sale but wait quite a lot of time before being paid. It really makes the designer suspicious and if they should do anything until they have secured payment.
I can understand the waiting, it prevents any wrong doing and if it helps those feeling a little worried then I can assure you. I've sold around 39 logos here and I've been paid on everyone, sometimes I've had to wait and some have been paid within a a day. I'm currently waiting on two myself even though the clients have both got their finished logos.
Hope this helps anyone wondering.

I have a question, I noticed today it says that you get 55% of the total logo sale, on your first couple of logos, but I don't get how can you get $78.375 dlls on a 55% share out of $150 dlls. If [Rule of Three] wasn't wrong, the 55% out of 150 should be $82.5 dlls.

Personally I feel this is a stupid policy of stock logos and kind of greedy. The new people should be rewarded for their first sales and will build more. I wonder how many designers this turns off? And no I already qualify for the lower fees so Im not whining for myself.
I dont think so, paypal removes the fees directly, the fees I am placing here are visible on your "MANAGE" page, those missing number are either a SL mistake or something else...So, what is it? So far I´ve not gotten answer from Stock Logos,
When the client pays StockLogos, there are PayPal fees taken, then when StockLogos pays the designer, there are also PayPal fees taken.
Only the first PayPal fee (from the client-to-StockLogos transaction) is calculated in the "manage" page. Later PayPal will deduct fees on the StockLogos-to-designer transaction. So, yes, the designer pays both PayPal fees. This is indicated in the Sell Logo page: "We also deduct a PayPal fee from your share, which is about 3-5%."
If you think this should be any different, simply increase your price. ;o)
By the way, it is fairly difficult to calculate the exact PayPal fees in advance, it's anywhere between 1.9% to 3.9% plus a small fixed amount (which varies, but is often $0.30). It also depends on other factors like the currency received and in some cases, based on the account type, even the previous month's sales volume influences PayPal fees.
It seems that to simplify things, StockLogos calculates 5% on the "manage" page. So, in your example, $150 from the client-to-StockLogos transaction, becomes $142.50 after PayPal fees and your final %55 share of this amount is $78.375 which corresponds to the total on your post above (03/12/2013 ). You will get about $76 after the second PayPal fee (StockLogos-to-designer transaction).
In any case, the "manage" page amount is an estimate, often you get a little more than the estimated amount. :o)

It's not greed. We want to build a business that is sustainable. We have to make sure we make enough to be able to maintain the level of service and grow slowly. At the same time we have to give to designers as much as possible. It's a fine balance. Please don't call it greedy as that's not the case at all.

Alertpay is not working. Not on our end but on theirs. They can't accept wire transfers at the moment and thus we're unable to fill up the account to pay you. They keep promising to fix it soon.
Ivan, Stocklogos please add skrill - moneybookers as payment option. Or you can also add the moneygram. They also have internet payment system. Please do something with this issue. You see that alerpay is totaly unprofesional and they alway have some problems.

We applied to skrill and moneygram, but they didn't give us an account yet. You know it's different when you're a company. They told us we have to wait.
And AlertPay stopped working after a few months. They also told me it will work, we just have to wait.
I think it has to do with the amount of money we are sending through. It's thousands of dollars every week. Maybe that's above some limit these payment systems have.

It's better to wait a bit and then to have better sistem of payments like skrill? I know that is different for companies.
But if this sistem is good for you, it is not good for designers.
About the money that you sending through Alertpay, I think that is not the issue. You send it before without problems.

Is that cost for you or for designers? Because if it is for designer, when you compare now with alertpay they also take $25 for one withdrawal! Earlier there were $15.

I personally don't know. But our finance team tried to get an account with moneybookers and we didn't get approved. But they are trying to resolve.
Btw, when you sign up with us you agree to our terms. If we promised to pay you with moneybookers and didn't deliver that's different. But we never did.
Alertpay is broken but not because of us. They simply stopped receiving our wire transfers until further notice. It's probably because we went over some limit with them from the USA. They have regulations they have to follow. We can't help this as this is beyond our control.
Everybody can receive checks where banks are available, that's always an option.
