I thought it may be interesting for clients and designers to see how the logos bought on StockLogos get customized for clients and how they come to life as new brands for these new businesses. Here are a couple of examples from the hundreds of sold logos that we modified for our customers for free. Sometimes it's just a name change, but other times colors and various design elements are modified to fit the client's needs.

Great job of editing on "GreenConstruction"
RBM looks a lot like "Red Bull". :-/
Very similar.
Good examples!
Hans Hass, Technicolor and Natural food are are that I like the most. Congrats for all, and especially for those three:)
Nice work, admins.
Was it the original designer who did the revisions admin? Or your design agency?
Just wondering because I've had designs sold and never heard anything from the client who purchased the logo.
The clients usually contact the designer for such modifications, but on some occasions I do them.
Out of interest how many of mine have you done? How many of those above did you do?
I did all of the above. Perhaps 20% of all is done by me.
Can I ask why you do not pass the alterations on to the designer who actually designed the logo?? Surely it's their right to gain more from the logo sold, where it's used etc??
I only do it when the designer is not available. I prefer the designers doing it of course, less work for me! :)
Of course. When I'm pricing my logos, I'm factoring in the extra time that will be spent on post sale modifications and proofing. That shouldn't be your job unless you are taking a larger commission!
id love to know what flog was used for
I also sold a vegeterians logo and never heard anything from the client...
but Really nice work Ivan:)
posts like this should be added more often! :) i know it's a lot of work, but i believe it really increases the reputation of the website!

Thanx Admin :)
Cool.
In the City to Ink and Concrete is excellent. Thanks for sharing these.
Ricky.
Thanks, Admin! I would love to see updates on this.
Great. When a different font was used, was that client request?
Its so awesome!
What if you do not have the same font used by the original designer?
In that case one has to draw the letters.
Great job, congratulations.
Thanks for the examples; may I ask what kind of a font it was used under lolli pop?
Kindest regards,
BM
