We all know that when selling a logo we preserve creation rights. BUT what if some day Stocklogos wishes to close for some reason? But even if it was active like forever, it would be great if we had an automate report when selling a logo (when payment is completed) were a thumbnail of the selling logo will be there along with the date and transaction ID of PayPal (between stocklogos and designer - not between SL and client).
What you think of it guys?

After payment I would like to provide us with a document with a thumbnail of the sold logo and the transaction id. its a way to have a proof that we sold that logo here on SL.
You already get an email without the thumb. You mean to receive the thumb as an attachments?
yes maybe that also! but I was talking about something more official! like a document with the same information with the mail (along with the thumbnail). because a mail its just a mail. I would like the document to have the official info of your company in order to be more legal!
Actually generating a "transfer of rights" PDF document that includes a thumbnail of the logotype and names of all parties (the seller/designer, the place where the transaction took place (stocklogos) and the buyer), and sending them to both sides is the right thing to do. This way, everyone gets a proof that the rights are in fact transferred, the transaction took place, and all involved parts are aware of it.
Technically, it's nothing too hard to do, there are PHP classes that can generate PDF files (like www.fpdf.org).

It'd be helpful to have this include the paypal transaction #, plus, if the paypal payment included more than one logo, then also the payment amt for the one logo.
whats happen if the payement become "cancelled" after this? the client have te logos and also full ownership of a logo.....
