Does anyone else have problem receiving money into bank account when withdraw money from AlertPay - Payza?
From my bank says - I can not receive money because is not mentioned from where the money comes, why (logo, design etc) Mentioned is that the money that have been sent, I send to myself and law does not allow. So if anyone else had similar problem and fixed please let me know.

I have waited 9 weeks for bank transfer on about $500 to be credited to my account with Payza.
I'm waiting 2 weeks. Stocklogo's admin says that money was transfered, but Payza balance is empty.
They are not prompt at all. I send to payza support message with this issue two week ago and still no answer. I think that i never use again their services.
is there any chance to be paid via Payza outside of US?
The end of my story: I've receive money from Payza only in November. 6 months have passed from the moment of sale.
6 Months!? That is shameful!!! I use now payza, but only because I must. There is no other way. But 6 months. OMG
1,5 months stocklogo's bank think about my peyment, 2 months money goes from stocklogo to payza, 2 months from payza to my bank. Next time I'l use paypal... I hope it will be faster :)
It was not problem with stocklogos. The Payza have bad money tranfer policy.
Payza - Alertpay issue again!
"The following errors occurred:
Due to a technical issue we are unable to complete your request at this time. We are in the process of investigating and correcting the issue, you will be notified by email once it is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for your patience and understanding."
And then after my mail send to payza support:
"At this time, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a time frame as to when you will be able to once again withdraw your funds. We had anticipated that we would be able to restore our withdrawal services to all Payza members by the end of last month. However, we are still in the process of transitioning to a new service provider for withdrawals and, as a result, we are not yet able to restore this service."
But they can to collect all fees!

same here ... i cant withdraw the money .... for about 4 months then force me to use third party like alertexchanger.com which will cut a big commission from my funds :(

i tried to contact them again they refer me to website called alertexchanger.com to tale my money through western union but they will cut 30 $ .. so have no problem nut till now nothing has been transfered from payza .. i guess Payza is a scam .. we must take any action coz that is not normal !!

I do not know what to say. In the past year, I had a problem a couple of times with them. I hope that the problem will soon reisit. In any other case is not worth it to design logos and thinking up will I get paid. So I decided not to putting logos for sale on stocklogos until l get been paid. I know that payza is Canadian company as SL, but work is work. So that, or stocklogos find a better way of paying for designers from Eastern Europe and the rest of the world who do not have the ability to get the money an easier way, or will slowly run out of good designers. I am cheering for the best way, TO ALL TO BE HAPPY
I spent more-than 5-6 days and did not received the payment. Then I contacted them via telephone and requested the payment. Then only they released the payment. This happens all 3 times for me.
Finally Finally took my money i have from Payza after cutting 70 $ as commission through alert exchanger via MoneyGram
