This is pretty nice but would I have seen this anywhere before? As an actual bag it would be quite cool but to use on a site I'd have to use a black background and probably loose the slogan as it spreads it too much.

Sorry I sent through a brief description of the logo after i got your post - i will be submitting a revised version of the logo shortly so will await any feedback/comments as i really want to try & nail this.

Not sure as i haven't seen anything like this before so if there is something similar then its sheer coinkidink as all my logo ideas are original. :O)
Regarding the bag on a black background - the logo could come as an alternative with a white outline stroke of the bag to make it stand out on a black background.
The slogan is positioned on the logo as you see it but if it was on your website could the slogan not be positioned to the left/right hand side of the logo & made bigger. If the slogan doesn't work then it can be simply taken off.
Is there anything you would like me to do at this point re resubmit an alteration to this logo?

Hello Scott,
Can you upload your description to this page so it makes it easier for my colleagues to view when I present the stocklogos to them? Also as I said before I don't think I use the bag in the logo and I was also wondering if maybe the arrow could be a human form instead to represent the nose. The arrow is a little over used these days.

Revised logo below.
The brief explanation of this logo was the simplicity of the colours which meant you wouldn't encounter any difficluties if it came to publication with the colours ( simple black, white & Pantone orange ). I have amended the typeface as i think this stands out a bit more & has a bit more of a friendly feel to it. The UB face logo idea was to represent the friendly, local & loyal aspect.
This logo can be created in 2 colour versions - one as you see it & one without the black background with the "UB" & the face icon changed from white to black.

Hi Scott,
Unfortunately your resubmitted logo is not approved yet but I was wondering if you taught of trying a shop canopy instead of the bag. The background could remain black with an outline drawing for canopy and the existing ‘ubloyal’ written on the canopy.
If I was to actually use a bag for promotional purposes I would use something similar to your original design but with the ‘ubloyal’ running into a line art drawing of a shop or shop street.
