The icon on top represents the two oceans coming together, which can be used as an icon by itself for letterheads, stamps, envelopes, etc. The colors are deep & light blues, to represent the different blues of the ocean and the white for the wave breaking & seafoam. The text used were chosen because of their flowing feel it gives.
