Your logo isn't exactly the same, but there is a VERY famous logo of a similar design from the 1980's called Factory Records, and this design hints strongly at that identity: http://www.strangeharvest.com/factory_logo.jpg - If you don't know, Factory Records was responsible for the whole Manchester scene with bands like Joy Division, Hacienda etc - people may assume this this is a copy of that very iconic idea/design.

thanks for the feedback Derren.... i live in manchester and grew up in the Madchester era... good times!!! i realise that it might evoke some similarities but with the whole iconolgy of 'Factories' i cant really pidgeon hole the icon... i have tried to be quite subliminal with the whole .TTF idea.
