swims, is a very simply & catchy ambigram, I've designed this logo as a 180ยบ rotational image. The logo reads the same upside down! just Flip IT*. Looks simply but trust me, it took a while.

It's always good to see ambigram designs on here, but the solution you've come with is quite simple (in fact one of the easiest to do), and I'm not too sure the solution is quite there yet. The idea is very good though, so please don't think I'm having a go!
The font is quite static and doesn't flow like water would. Also, the dots on letter 'i' could in theory be the swimmers heads! As it stands, with out the word 'swims' in the logo, it's a little difficult to determine that these are indeed swimmers at first glance. I would propose actually illustrating the swimmers properly, instead of less nondescript shapes, which will help give the logo more form, and the text could be a better adapted style that hints at water etc.
Just a few thoughts, peace! Derren.
thank you very much Derren, actually my first proposal was on "fonts like water illusion" but i know for sure how difficult is it, if i do, promisse that its just for fun..., not that many clients appreciate that from logos..
cuz it will take lot of coffee cups until i finish...
I do also like the bubbles idea
the swimmer shape, im not that sure if becomes a primarial shape, or the secondary.
at first it looks like the first, but the primary idea is to bring forward the ambigram.
thank you again............
will work the same idea, with changes.

Designing ambigrams is a real headache sometimes, so I know your frustrations ;) I have a couple on here if you want a peep: Jackripper, Freedom, Wind & Rain, Witch and also checkout http:www.justomar.com for one I did for an American client.
hey Derren, i've already check yours,, wow, they are great, actually i start to sketch some ideas from your ambigrams, your feedback works great...
