Its very nice and clean logo, just two comments:
Perhaps a combination of a blue and black could seems great for my logo, I see this site and i think that this combination look great http://osc4.template-help.com/joomla_30291/, http://osc4.template-help.com/joomla_30234/
And I see that its a good idea about make any different in that "i", where the green guy, but another thing different of the guy.
I preffer a font face less round.

Thanks for your comments - i have attached a revised logo using a more preferred colour scheme.
I wasn't 100% clear on the comments about the person icon so if you require me to alter this feel free to let me know thanks.
