this is an excellent concept...the only thing that bothers me about it is the space between Apartment and Rental....maybe that's just me though. It looks like it could be tightened up somewhat....but otherwise, very nice!

Yeah, maybe I should have putted an "apartment rental" it in the same line or the space between the words could be smaller...but the intention was that the words are aligned to the top and to the bottom of the square...
If someone will be interested, I'll gladly adjust this detail according to the clients taste.

can anyone please explain the concept behind this logo because i can't get it!
