This is VERY clever... I love the identity with the weddings and then with the babies...
I just cannot get past the right eye!
it looks like an inverse J to me and I don't understand it.
Please re-work using the style you have created.

It's not an inverse J, is a lowercase "r" to make a face "with one eye closed".
Ahhhhh... OK, I understand it but it's not clear. I asked 3 peers to have a look... We all love the concept but the face just needs tweaking to make it more relevant and memorable.
I have enormous faith, please keep going.

Again, it's the eye or the r that is breaking this design for me and I love it so much...
WhenI look t it it looks like a face but it's too harsh... the outer circle is absolutely perfect - size, colour, but that eye is unfriendly... I know that if the two were the same it would look like the face was asleep so there's not much room or manouver but the R just doesn't work for me, either with or without the dot.
Can you try someting else?
