I'm pretty sure that there is a logo very similar to this already as a brand out in the open - but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it!
I searched with tineye. No hits.
It's for a job I did years ago.... and I think it's a sponsorship or government/local council funding type company. But to be honest, if it's not immediately obvious, then it really isn't an issue. I was just making the designer aware, that is all :)

This logo was invented by me. Maybe similar logos are in the world.
Will you say that your logos is very original from the others? If I look your portfolio I can also find some works that I think is somewhere saw and they are similar to others.
Besides I doubt whether I had seen a similar logo of you, because we are in different countries of the world.

Alice take a chill pill! My comment was not a criticism but an observation. I design professionally for clients all over the world and come across many logos from many companies. There will always be logos that share common factors, by drawing your attention to this you'll become a better designer! This logo is very similar to a logo I have used previously, but at the moment I can't remember what it is. When you've been in the business as long as I have you'll learn to take such comments on the chin and as they're meant to be. No one is suggesting that you didn't draw this logo, just that it shares design features common to other logos. End of.

This logo is a rip of. The original logo design is from "Império Bonança" an insurance company in Portugal. Do a google images search for "Império Bonança"!
In the first time I see your specified logo.
Besides that logo have the emphasis on a smile, and I have a different concept. Compare!

I would say this is close (perhaps too close) to the branding for the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Not an exact copy, but very similar....
