I believe you should ask "StockLogo" for the exclusivity letter for the logo.
This logo design is a full color artwork. (4 process PMS color logo: CMYK) so there is NO specific color assigned to it.
And, The high resolution file is available in the button indicated as "DOWNLOAD EPS" under the Logo Design.
