Just some thoughts on this design:

Bring the kerning in on the catering text so that the 'C' sits under, but in the middle of the 'O' of Olive - and likewise the 'G' sits under, but in the middle of the last 'E' of tree. This will balance it better. Make the 'i' in catering normal and use the descender of the 'g' in catering to become the olive branch using it to underline the whole logo.
