This is *very* interesting, and I *love* the tagline, very good. I see where you're going with the broken cord, but it concerns me that it appears 'broken.' If this were to work I'd need that broken area perhaps to look as though there's a live wire in there? Or live electricity connect the 2 segments? But I the overall impression re communication and independence, so independent it's 'breaking away.' Nice. How would we customize this within the sub concepts of the blog? For book reviews, animal rights... ? Would we just change the word "Live" To "News" or "Pets"? These are the questions I ask when looking at the logo.

First of all let me apologize for my English, it is not my first language but I'll try to be understood.

I have to say, I don't get engaged with every single brief that is posted here, but I've been working with some that really inspired me and I try to do my best to present functional and balanced logos. I was caught by your brief, or should I say by your product?. I look forward to reading your blog and hopefully seeing my logo(s) clearly representing it.

When I read your brief I thought in independent opinions and I got passionate with the concept of a "wire alive" in the process to connect with a loudspeaker already functioning (independent). I want to be honest, I just thought in Live Wire. I miss the other (books, pets, history...) as I thought they would be under the same blog as subtitles. Nevertheless, once again, I got inspired and I have a few ideas to link all the concepts together under the same "umbrella". Please wait for them in the next few days as the administrator of the page publish them.

I'll try to improve the wire, so it doesn't seem to be broken.

Yes, thank you very much for the tweaking and additional images. This is within our budget. We're looking now at all submissions, and there are more people than me in the decision making, but I like what you've done very much. More shortly...
