Hi Paintbox. I like this in many regards , but it's a bit too 'spinal'. If you have any other thoughts it would be great to see a rework. Maybe a vortex or loop.

Actually that is a pyramid of 4 stones (four aspects of health - physical, mental, personal and spiritual).
Each stone is individually stable unit, but joined together are a very vulnerable structure and shake in one can cause a collapse of the integrity of that structure.
And here you come - the vertical line and "Joint Effort Healthcare" helps stabilising this structure in one health "human body".
The human body is only hinted at a small oval stone on top.
