I have to say I feel the man icon needs working as it does seem to reflect a man looking down & downtrodden. Also judging by the fitting of the clothing he does seem a bit slovenly in appearance, plus the speech bubble needs moving up a bit towards his mouth in my opinion.
I am in the process of reworking it, I will post an updated version soon, thanks for the observations and critics :)

thank you for your interest in this logo. I can of course create something similar for you, the only problem is that I will be available for work only after November 24 (I am currently travelling and my only access to this site is through a PDA)..
