Cool design.
I believe I will be going with your new design. You got it spot on, well done. Only some minor adjustments. The spelling should be changed to HEMAYA which is a more accurate pronunciation. Lets do the Capital E to a lower case e like you did with the Y. I like that. Lets see what it will look like.
Also, just to try another option. Lets try adding one more brown stripe to each side giving it seven stripes in total representing the seven emirates of the UAE.
Will I be getting a watermark image as well?
I will change the Name to HEMAYA with a lower case E. Regarding the stripes, i think it will destroy the design, but i can try it.
The Image you get are vector files! Watermarks in vector files is not possible!

Can't you convert it? I need it for stationaries etc ..
also, can you thicken the strips and give it the effect of the other one you've showed me? the e doesn't look as good as the y .. lets change it to capital.
I did the changes (exceptionally) before buying.
Once again - After purchase, you got:
