Looks like this is suited for our SEO campaign about "going green" in SEOP.com. Or we can use this for our impending social network on green technology. Do we own the right to this logo as soon as we buy it?

yes, the copyright is transfered to you once the payment for the logo is made and you have downloaded the logo. You have then full control of the logo and its use.
