I dont know if you will like this, but I took the initiative to try and do it like this to be more eye catching, with the orange colour that was asked. If you dont like it please let me know.

This is taking much better form and seems like it's coming together better. The eaves of the house sitting about the text ground the logo more and it doesn't feel as cramped. I'd lose the box of yellow and simply try a line that's quite thin and eloquent for the house to sit on, with the tag line sitting underneath it as you have it. It looks like you've got the tracking sorted a bit better as well with the type, however it looks like Trajan font which can have this problem if not used properly.
