feedback=love it!
*my only criticism would be that there be a tad more contrast, so the image is a little more visible....I LOVE the concept though! ;)

agree on love thing or criticism?:) I will look what can be done, and try to alter some parts.

Love and criticism(by me it's more advice then criticism). But after you explanation, I see that you were in right.

dry_cleaner's picture

I know it's not a criticism, but I simply referred to the word that had been used.

Regarding your advice, I will check how they work, but I'm rather not going to upload them. Nevertheless Thank you for feedback.
The next thing I thought about is to change the black color into white. I would do the contrast thing, but it will remove the gloominess:(

"The next thing I thought about is to change the black color into white. I would do the contrast thing, but it will remove the gloominess" Agree. Don't do that.
Maybe to try copy all that elements(or maybe only background) on new layer and choose "SCREEN(or soft light)" mod. Maybe on that way could you achieved contrast.

I love the gloominess aspect too...maybe sunset colors? there's something very sad about a bear that would be hung at sunset, lol. :) it's fine as is, it was just a thought...

sunset of teddy bears... And dawn of the machines... It's the idea for another design;)

When it comes to the criticism, the only thing I thought about is to enlarge the face elements, so x-eyes and maybe nose.
I have chosen the background in such colors, because I wanted to achieve two things - make an impression of gloomy and misty character. Secondly, I wanted the brownish colors to bring to your mind good memories of your teddy bears;P Using these two opposite... contrasting elements, it would make the picture, say, striking with awe.
I hope there is such an effect in the whole.

You have right.
It's difficult to get conclusion when you look on monitors and when you look something after print process i.e. how the color transferred to the printing material.
I hope when it goes on print(soon), the colors would be good i.e. that lighter brown would be enough light to give bear in first plain.

Heh, blissfulness floods me, when I read your comments:)
