I see a person bending over, showing his square ass... Sorry, but to me it is an ugly unprofessional logo..
The typo work is... pretty bad, for the least I can say. There's absolutely no idea in this logo, it took about 5 minutes to create, and it is definitely NOT worth 400 usd...
