Description

My idea here is to represent the "Worldwide" issue with colour, and not by showing a globe, as this has been done so many times that your logo will not stand out. I have also changed your slogan (which you can of course change back to yours) to GLOBAL MARKET EXPLORATION. The reason being that a slogan has to be catchy and descriptive, while at the same time being short enough for people to remember. I didn't feel it necessary to use a variation of the word 'venture', as this is already in the company name. Hope this logo catches some attention! Cheers!

THANKS ALOT. I like this concept and I will ponder it. I like the new slogan..."Exploration" i need to think about but i agree with you on your design. If you have any more insight please let me know...This is very good.

Hi there!
I am glad that you like my design. The main reason for avoiding the globe was because of it's overusage nowadays. I actually came up with the slogan first, and then wanted to design a logo that could transmit the "GLOBAL EXPLORATION". This is when I decided to use many colours to represent the various nations and then to have the B&D inside as though they are exploring the colours. I wanted to avoid using hard edges in an effort to reinforce the exploration concept (ie there is still more to be discovered)

You are the first one to change the slogan and i like it and understand about the duplication of the "venturing". I acutally see a faint globe behind the D is this suttle? Also I would need something like to work for all marketing purposes...Website which i can see it can be used along with all correspondence would you have to change it for letterhead etc? Do you have another version?

Hi Gene.
In theory, this logo should be fine for all applications. We could possibly do monotone versions to bring down print costs, but that may hinder the concept slightly. I don't think this is necessary though. Let me know what you think.
