How is it fair that some designers are posting links filled with options and revisions viewable by the clients when we wait for ours to be re-approved and visible in the briefs?

Fixing dead briefs
Is it me or are a lot of the current briefs pointless? What to do about it?
My Revision logo has been rejected due to brief closed.

I'm starting this topic regarding the rejection one of my recent upload.
I have uploaded a logo to GTM/Grupo Transmerquim brief. (http://stocklogos.com/node/13106) Then brief was closed so earlier due to client's request. Then client has chosen my design (http://stocklogos.com/node/13204) and asked me to do some changes on it.
I made the changes and upload it.

Open a Brief?
comments area TOO FULL...
I think it would be helpful also if the general comments area were left open for the client to post comments instead of the designers...Or maybe the designers could just post their comments directly on their uploaded design...It's really unnecessary to upload your artwork and then post in the comment area of the brief that you have uploaded your artwork......it's a bit redundant don't ya think?
Legalities
Hello people. Can anyone (especially admin in case 1) help me clarify the legalities of a couple of issues I'm having with the content of my personal website?
1. If I post Stock Logo submissions onto a personal website am I encroaching on any copyright issues. I am obviously fine with creating a link to the logos position on this site.
2. Another more tricky issue. I currently work for a Design/Print franchise....
Getting away from the moaning !!
So I've been away from the site for the Christmas period and come back to find more moaning and negative comments on the forum,

Let me first say I don't have an issue with rules and restrictions placed on the site by Stocklogos.com and it's administrators.
My issue is with those rules being EQUALLY, FAIRLY and CONSISTENTLY enforced.
I have been told with multiple submissions that included both a dark and light background logo that only ONE would be accepted (usually the light version).
