We would like a new logo that works with the letters P, B and relates it somehow to real estate either with a house design, yardsign or something similar. You can use the words or phrase "real estate team" but it is not needed.

what's the deal with this contest?
when they announce the winner?
Seriously. Do we even get to know if there is a winner at all?
i have to say as a designer it's really dissapointing that there's no communication going on at all with all the designers putting their time and effort into this contest. the client hasn't said a word. not even, no we don't like it. that's really not fair to all of us and although it doesn't happen often...i've noticed in the past couple weeks this one and another contest which has been mute the entire time. there should be at least some sort of communication from the client to admin and back to us saying what the results are. i do enjoy using this site but it's just a dissapointment that we're given no feedback whatsoever...
@heatheradesign :I fully agree with you....Is not fair working with this kind of contest..we are working and giving our ideas to try and do our best..but no one says nothing....I use to do contest, but only here happen that client doesn't chose any winner after opening a contest....becouse maybe they don't like any ideas and than to go and buy a logo for a cheaper price in the store....so do dont open a contest and buy only....

^Agreed. There should be some sort of notification about the contest once it is closed, to say the least. Can they at least give a date by which they'll announce the results?
Also, this is one of my first entries to this site, and so far, I'm not having a good experience. I have no idea what's going on! :(
it's alreday happen that the client doesn't chose any winner and just buy a logo from a store...I've complained with the staff by email and then they write down that the client didn't chose any winner....only after my email....I think that nobody likes to waste time!
I agree, the company that initiated the request must make a formal your desicion, so do not waste our time. Greetings to all.

What is happen in this contest is not only here, ican give you a list of them whereis ending but no body win.And the designers dont now what to do.

One way I think this could be fair to everyone is:
• When a Client Request a custom Logo, they, must pay the full amount $$$ that they are offering
for the development of their custom Logo Design, in advance.
• Once the Client has chosen the Logo they like, the designer should be notify.
• If the Logo design does not require any changes, payment $$$ must be send to the designer immediately.
• If the client needs a minor change done to the Selected Logo, a 50% advance payment must be sent
to the designer before any changes are done, in good faith.
• The additional 50% must be sent once the Client give his final approval.
Just my 2 cents.

It would be nice every designers should delete every own single uploaded logo. May be something happens :-)
