Neon Coaching is a peak performance coaching service. We work with individuals and businesses (particularly sales teams and customer facing teams) who want to achieve even greater success than they already have and improve the quality of their lives and/or business cultures.
Neon Coaching also assist people with limiting beliefs about their potentiality, their lives, themselves and what is possible. In addition we also assist with phobias, emotions that are no longer serving the client eg anger or sadness, we help people with habits, learning abilities etc.
We work on a level that linguistically (via language) changes the neurology (the way they think) of the individual to change the behaviour to reach a new pinnacle and break through the limits they had imposed on themselves
To sum up Neon Coaching we are a business dedicated to improving both the lives of people whether they are individuals or apart of a business

Special Requirements
The logo will be used right across all visual merchandising for the business both personal and business avenues.
The business has the tagline: "Changing the way you see the world." - This does not need to be included within the logo but may help provide some inspiration or direction :)

Target audience
Our target audience operates on two levels:
Individual/Personal: Those individuals and solo professionals (eg athletes) who want to take their lives to a whole new level!
Business: These are business who want to take their success and/or skills of their team to new levels to reach new levels of success.
Your objectives
The objective or 'mission' of our business is to:
"To create a new world. A world where people are empowered with the tools, techniques, skills and knowledge to create their own future. A world where people understand the importance of living a truly congruent life and the positive effects it has on themselves and those around them. By creating an umbrella of lifestyle and better living companies, I endeavour to create a world in which all of life's needs can be fulfilled and encouraged by one company. A whole of life business, designed purely to create a better world for you, and the people of tomorrow."

Thank you for this helpful information abour your business, but what about the logo? what kind of logo would you like to have? What colors do you like? What style do you prefer? Is there any other company logo that you like the most?

I saw another post that put it like this: if you were to put our 'style' on a scale from 1 to 10 where 1 was strictly corporate and 10 was vibrant, edgy, fun. The style of our business would probably sit at about 6-7.
I would prefer an abstract style of logo, however I have seen some logos that incorporate a 'character'/animal that could be kind of cool (I'm not sure how you would personify what we do?!).
As far as colours go, anything vibrant, it can be a mix of colours, our website is currently bathed in blue (www.neoncoaching.com.au) however you can see by our banner on that site that we utilise alot of different colours.
Some keywords that may help you conjure up ideas could be any of the following:
empowering, next level, hero, your new world, taking back control, new beginnings, neuron, future, nature, unique, wholeness, freedom, strength.
