We are in investment advisory and private mortgage lending firm. We work with real estate developers and investors as capital partners. We are based in Toronto, Canada.
Special Requirements
We want a logo that conveys trust, credibility and attraction. Our preferred colour choice is a combination of blue, black, white, silver etc. Would like to have the shape of a magnet combined with a building somehow incorporated into the logo.
Target audience
Our customers are real estate developers, and private investors seeking high quality real estate opportunities.

Lots of great designs so far - keep them coming. If possible, we would like to have the real estate aspect to our business have more prominence in the logo. IE something where a magnet resembles a building.
