ODC Organization Development Center

The name of the company is ODC. ODC stands for Organizational Development Center. I would like to use these three characters as the logo. The long version doesn’t need necessarily to be involved in the logo.
We would like get into mind quickly with a simple, easy-to-remember logo. It should be dynamic, joyful, enthusiastic, youngish, but also dependable and professional.
We do not want any kind of human figure in the logo. Because too many companies are using them. But it would be nice, if the logo would show without the long version, that it’s a training company.
Preferred color is orange, but other concepts are welcome as well.
We would like to use the logo at many places like Business Card, Homepage, PPT presentation, and letters.

Hey, Andras. Here is my logo for your company. Everything in the ellipse is cut so when you print it with no colors the form and look remains. Some people doesn't take that in mind even if mentioned it.

Can you tell me, how can you get the quadrat togeather with a b2b company?
And what is that besid the quadrats? I nedd to tell to my partners why I choose this logo and what is the meening.
But anyway, I like it.

Sorry for my late answer but I didn't see it. The squares mean the relation between your business (the central square) and the other companies (the other four squares), that are all business --> Because of this fact the squares have the same shape, because all are business. If u want a mod I can change the colors but the logo should be the same, (I give you the explication before) but if you want I can modify, it's your decision and I said you my recomendation. You can choose the colors.

Unfortunatelly I'm infirmed.
Especially with the colors. I now, I asked for orange, but I don't like it any more.
Ther is one logo I like very much. It is made for UMS janitoral supplies. But I don't now how could it come a logo like that together with a training company.

Hi Andras,

If you like the UMS logo that I submitted it's perfectly ok to purchase that logo because on this site whoever purchases the particular logo first it is there logo solely.

For a training company a leaf logo is a perfect way of showing growth, which is part of any training method.

If you were to purchase that logo then I would alter it to you're own specification and then it would be deleted from the UMS brief,

The style is very ok for me. Elegant, professional. I don't now why but like the orrange point in the circle not so much. But I think I understand the concept. It would be great to show somehow, that I'm and company also is very enthusiastic, eager and committed.

I like 9104 very much. My problem is just that I don't know why. Can you tell me the concept why would it be a good logo for ODC? What tells you that this logo and odc has something in connection with trainig, education?

Hi,

This is quite an other style but 9162 is nearly perfect.
Even I said I don't like a person from odc I see one in it and I like it.
I have problems with the color. They don't show me professionality and cheesy.
I hope for new versions.

9056 is good. I like the tyoe of the letters, and it is arrange in tiers.
ODC as a figure is not bad, but I dont like it. It's a bit featureless, grey.
Can you make it more happily or dynamikaly?

Dear Designers,

I think, It was a mistake to say, i would be happy with orange. I don't like it any more. I'm looking forward to your oppinoins how can I schow with the logo, that it is very clean, professional, but at the same time entusastic and happy? Meybe grey with red? Or somethink like this?
One more concept or question. As I sad I dont like in the logo a body (person) but I have got one which is not bad :) Innovate the concept what is if we could scho at the logo that a group is sitting in a circle and they are working. Beacause at my communikatin trainings, mostly we are sitting in a circle and working. Maybe someone isn't sitting. He is standing and giving a presentation. Ore sometimes we are workin, in smaller groups in the room, than we built 2-3 groups with each 3-4 person. Could I help you further, or you can see that I'm not sure about my own fancy? I hope it will be clear soon.

to tell you the truth, I have now idea.
First I thought orrange is my color becuse I'm very enthusiastic, but grey, red and maybe blue and violet are colors that I prefer now. But my question is to you, can you tell me why I like your UMS logo concept for my training concept?
I need to know the connection beacaus I don"t want to say once Andras why do you choose this logo, and than my answer is: just because. Do you understand me. Sorry for my poor English. German or Hungarin would be easier for me. :)

Of course I tell you why you have to choose mine!

First of all it's a circle made of rounds stars which represents the circle of workers, teammates, and co-workers in your company working together as a team. The logo I uploaded recently is red. Red represents passion, adventure, and it gives a touch of enthusiasm. You guys put all your passion into your work, training people is adventurous and challenging. The name of your company is in Black which gives the logo a side of elegance.

Its almost the same as the one I design for UMS but in red and the letters are a bit different.

I see, you made many efforts. I really like your style.
9408, and 9409 are similra, to 9056 wich I begin to like very muyh. I'm sure it's in my top 3. 9410 is professional, but for me a bit much in style and als out of my price range.

I don't want to give new requests beause I have too many. So I will ask my friends oppinion and then I will make my deccission soon.

Hi, one more thing, mybe my last oppinon.
My absolute favorite is your work 9297. You made this for a different company.
But in that work I see what I1m looking for. It give's me back that we are vorking in goups without table in a half round, likt that logo and al of as are different.
Do you have a quick ide how you can merge thet logo with ODC?
I would be very happy with your idea.

I'm happy to know that you liked my work. It was a real pleasure to work on them :)

As your favorite one (9297) no problem I can work it out to be a perfect fit for ODC. In this way you'll have a better idea to make your final decision.

As for my point of view, i find this one (9410) the most professional look for your corporate image. It's more sophisticated and dynamic. It's idea, the originality and the amount of work i did to create this idea explains the price, but still is lower then my original pricing on my other logo.

This logo works with all colors , can be also black and white . It can function well as a whole but it works also without shortcut ODC ,or without long company name . Main idea is: development from broken into straight and from gray into colorful . Sorry ,logo it’s not very good visible on gray background on this site

Symbolizes people gathered around working . ODC is in the middle it’s dominating but it’s not overwhelming. This idea can be very easily converted into whole identity for company
