To create a visual identity for this company that communicates "EXPECT MORE". At the end of the day, this is what they are offering their customer. Phenomenal customer service, expert advice and a variety of policies that can be custom packaged for each consumer. The current icon does not sit balanced on the logo. Go forward versions should have the icon be able to sit balanced with the mark, either on it’s direct left, or above the mark.

Colour: Not determined.

Tone and Manner: Warm / Trusted. Progressive / Modern, Humourous, Irreverent.

Note: Please do not go down the road of bullrushes/reeds.

I don't think it quite knocks down the objectives. I don't really see how this logo option calls out "expect more". Do you think you can dig a little deeper?

Is it "Reeds Insurance"? I ask because the company name actually comes in the headline.
