Hi there jonnyguk,
I've created 2 versions for you.
A clean & crisp with no fancy logos and I believe it has a strong feel & identity in it.
Just waiting for it to get confirmed by admin :) http://stocklogos.com/node/5530 http://stocklogos.com/node/5531
Hope you like it!
The idea is rather simple and elegant, with two flourishes hinting at the headboard and, below the company name, pillows. The typeface itself is a classic serif font, Trajan. Easy to read, even from a distance.
The logo is clean, easy to reproduce in one color, and can be reduced very small while maintaining legibility. When reviewing logos, think how they would look on a business card as well as a large sign.
I've opted to do a single colour logo and have used a very strong, none fussy slab serif typeface for maximum legibility at any size. It's crisp, clean and very easy to read. It's been designed in such a way that any sign manufacturer could easily produce the logo in vinyl or profile cut substrates such as aluminum, acrylic or di-bond etc.
Please let me know if you require further amendments, or would like to know more about possible sign solutions (it's my profession ;)
The client needs to give feedback for this brief if any successful solution is to be reached! So far there has been only one comment by the client. How can we designers know if the designs are heading in the right direction if there is no communication!
Yes, I can say that it is looking good, but it will be unusable/unprintable at small size, or in pure black and white.
Also, it reminds me more of a cinema screen than beds. Basically it looks like the title of a film called "a Head for Beds", which is probably a drama about an old zombie woman called miss Beds, that lost her head in a wild fight with her zombie husband (mister Beds) for fresh brains, and her good zombie friends are trying to help her find her lost head..
Anyway, I love the colors you used, bud overall there are IMO too much small details. Do not forget that a logo is not an illustration, and it has to be usable in all kinds of situations. Too much details is not always good.
Are now supposed to choose one of these proposals? and do not qualify any matter? or we have more opportunity to those who liked to make the necessary adjustments? that the perfect logo to the first never goes away, you always have a stage of adjustment is not it?
Tks!

Check out my design for Ahead for beds: http://stocklogos.com/node/5489
so what do you think?
greets,

Its hilarious to me how the client specified no fancy fonts, and 2/3 logos up there utilize "fancy" fonts.
I did notice this. I Need the logo to be strong, clean and simple LOL whats the chances?
So, I just realize that my English is more bad than I'm aware of. I spell the name of the firm on logo incorrectly,
I just updated the right.
Sorry for little inattention from my side.

Please take a look once it gets approved, I think you will like. It can be tweaked too. Thanks!

I've been through every logo submission for this brief and not one comment, suggestion or proposed alteration from the client!
