Your Objectives

I'd like to come up with a logo that is very catchy to the eye. Clean and crisp! Only two colors, maybe 3 colors. Looking for a logo that may use a global or compass concept with adding something about a real estate. But the design of the logo is wide open. Im also looking to build a long term relationship with a designer that could help me design the companies - business cards, letter head, yard signs, and open house signs.

As a real estate company, I'm guessing your logo will be used on hoarding boards and 'for sale' and 'to let' signs. As such, the design is single colour for very easy duplication in vinyl, large format digital printing or even screen printing. The logo will also duplicate well in embroidered clothes etc. I've used a very strong and easily legible slab serif typeface.

See what you think, and I'd me more than happy to make changes if needed. I have a few other ideas, but I've not had time to work them yet.
