Achieve a logo that will appeal to parents and that will also sit comfortably alongside the logos of local businesses and local authorities. Although we are volunteers and deal with nappies (diapers) we also want to convey a sense of professionalism. Looking for a logo that will work well on a T-shirt, website and posters/flyers.

Time for a Nappuccino to get some ideas!
Thanks spatzi. If anyone needs more information to help with inspiration please just ask.
The idea here is to play up the fact that you wash these nappies and reuse them rather than disposing of them. http://stocklogos.com/node/1512

When will you give feedback?
today or tomorrow at the latest, we have a short list but are waiting for look-looks latest logo to be approved before making the final decision.
Can you reveal your short list? and when you make your decision can you say why you choosed that logo instead of others?
Thanks
hi mra, the designs included in the short list were by sergem, denk and spatzi. We liked sergem's idea of the toddler offering the nappy to parents as this is what our group is all about. We liked denk's image of a nappy with text in a circle for it's simplicity and boldness and we liked spatzi's image of the letters grnn hanging on a washling line. Although spatzi's image wasn't immediately obvious we felt it was intriguing enough to cause the viewer to take a second look. We felt that this was important because when parents are expecting a new baby they are bombarded with information about what they should and should not do and I believe that most of this information they tune out. Although the image doesn't actually contain a nappy it does contain the name of our organisation and the letters grnn which we quite often use as our email address because it is shorter and quicker to type. We also felt that the letters swaying in the wind characterised cloth nappies very well because they must be washed and dried and in the UK many mums actually enjoy the sight of nappies hanging on a washing line. All of the above came in to our final decision but the one question we asked above all else was "if we printed a t shirt, which design would you prefer to wear?" and the one choosen was that of spatzi.
I would like to thank everyone for their input, I am well aware that each design required your personal time and effort and this is very much appreciated. Kind regards.
Hi jellybeans,
Congrats for finally having your group's new identity, and thank you also for liking the logo.
Wishes of good luck and best regards to everyone in the group and new mothers whom you'd provide service to :)
Hi,
Thanks for the explanation, much appreciated
Congratz to Spatzi !
Sincerely
Congratulations Spatzi.
Don't spend the money all on sweets!
And thanks to Jellybeans for taking the time to give some feedback to all the designers that put in time to create something. Most clients do not do this and we are all usually left hanging wondering what happened to that brief and why!
